Toddlers: 18-30 Months

Our toddlers develop by interacting with their environment, which fosters self-confidence, openness and love for inquiring. The learning process is unique for each child, complimenting each child’s individuality. The development and refinement of fine motor skills is fundamental to a toddler – at this age there is a direct link from hand to brain, and cognitive skills are enhanced overall. The toddler learns to relate language to a real object, reinforcing what was learned by the use of a concept.

Our toddlers are taught to be respectful to their environment, classmates, teachers and themselves, which extends beyond the school environment. The ever challenging goal of potty-training is introduced at the age of 24 months and completed by 30 months
